We have seen the incidence of connection issues lessening, although some customers are still having problems connecting. Additional network changes have been made that should continue to see these issues dissipate over the coming hours.
We are still monitoring the email system closely and work will continue into the night to help to ensure that we are prepared to handle peak traffic on this system in the morning.
Some customers may be continuing to experience difficulty reaching our Customer Service Consultants via telephone due to the unprecedented volume of calls.
